Previously, Plesk was upgraded from Plesk 10 or Plesk 11.

apsc database and APS controller were not upgraded properly.

In order to fix the issue, follow the steps:

  1. Take backups of psa and apsc databases:

    # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` psa > psa_dump_`date +%F`.sql
    # mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` apsc > apsc_dump_`date +%F`.sql
  2. Find very first apsc preupgrade dump file related to current upgrade in /var/lib/psa/dumps/, it will have earliest timestamp. Dump file have the following mask:

    For an example: /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.apsc.10.13.4-

  3. Restore apsc database dump:

    zcat /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.apsc.10.13.4- | mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow `
  4. Run current Plesk version "" with "rerun" option:

    # /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.5.30-bootstrapper/ rerun

    Make sure it finished successfully.
