APS update of WordPress application removes website content from
The following error shown in Plesk:
Filesystem error: boost::filesystem::copy_file: Disk quota exceeded: "/usr/local/psa/var/apspackages/d5496f43-f9d2-4832-982a-3e2ab6b2cb01/cache/htdocs/LEG. .....
Disk quota is set for system user of subscription and it is got exceeded:
# repquota -a | grep test testdomain -- 64512 0 64512 1888 0 0
WordPress Toolkit is not in use, APS update is using.
Bug #PPPM-3996. It is fixed in Plesk Onyx.
Upgrade to the latest Plesk version.
If upgrade is not possible:
Download custom fix from attachment:
# cd /root # wget http://kb.plesk.com/Attachments/kcs-64626/sappmng
# cp /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/sappmng /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/sappmng_backup
# cp /root/sappmng /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/sappmng
- Try to update WordPress again.
Note: Update will not be possible unless disk quota is exceeded, but attempt of update will not remove any content.
To adjust disk quota for issued subscription go to Plesk > Subscriptions > domain.tld > Web Hosting Access > Hard quota on disk space.
