Symptoms

1. Create a new TXT DNS record in a domain in Plesk.

2. Check the SPF radio button.

3. Hit Submit.

The newly created record is ~all, instead of the expected v=spf1 ~all.

Resolution

This problem is resolved in Plesk version 8.2. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version.
