Enhanced vzreport ("Submit support issue" tool) functionality

VZREPORT ("Submit support issue") collects additional information:

 - VE config files
 - Event logs from HN and Service VE
 - Minidumps from HN and Service VE
 - VZCP (control panel) logs

Now it has 2 collection modes for VZREPORT:

  - Verbose collection mode (all logs and minidumps are collected)
  - Collect logs and minidumps for N days (This parameter is 7 days by default and it is stored in registry)

 - Number of issues with backups
 - VZALib crash when dst node is unavailable
 - Vzupdate doesn't check if updates were really downloaded & installed
 - The first attempt of vzctl exec on sb msi fails on x64en
 - VE network traffic isn't counted after upgrade to SP1
 - Migration of VEs with compact disk type fails

On the Virtuozzo Windows host, run Virtuozzo Update Wizard  (vzupdate.exe)  and follow the instructions.   This wizard will install all the recent Virtuozzo updates and hotfixes in the correct sequence. Otherwise you can install Virtuozzo updates manually.
