Symptoms

Login to Plesk failed with the "Logging in is not allowed." error.

Cause

Such error may occur on Plesk running on Virtuozzo when you access Plesk by means of VZCP. Please check that VZCP license is not expired and it functioning properly.

Resolution

As quick solution you may disable VZCP and set Plesk to be accessed directly, not through VZCP. You should perform the following command on the Hardware Node:

# vzctl set VEID --offline_management no --save


where VEID is ID of Plesk VE.
