From time to time HSPC cannot synchronize data with Plesk.  This happens while statistics is being calculated by Plesk.


The reason of the problem is that statistics.exe process locks Plesk database and HSPC doesn’t receive replies to its queries.


This problem has been solved in Plesk version 8.2. Consider upgrading Plesk to the latest version
