Sometimes it is necessary to recalculate statistics for a specific domain.

  1. Make sure that web logs for previous dates exist. Run the following command to get the logs directory for the domain %domain.tld%:

    %plesk_bin%\websrvmng.exe --get-vhost-log-dir --vhost-name=%domain.tld%
  2. Run regedit and find the key hklm\software\Wow6432Node\Plesk\PSA Config\Config\Statistics\DomainIds\ID. Set LastHttpStatisticsRun to the day from which statistics should be calculated.

  3. Follow this usage example (the time should be in Year/Month/Day format):

    %plesk_bin%\statistics.exe --http-web-statistics --process-domains=%domain.tld% --from-date="2010/04/26"

    %plesk_bin%\statistics.exe --ftp-web-statistics --process-domains=%domain.tld% --from-date="2010/04/26"

You can see other options by typing:

%plesk_bin%\statistics.exe –help

... where %plesk_bin% is the path to the directory with the Plesk backend utilities (for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin).
