Symptoms

Spam filtering is enabled on the server and personal settings are allowed as well.

Spam filtering is enabled on a mail box using server-wide settings. However mail is not checked with Spam Assassin. If personal settings is enabled instead of ser-wide ones the problem remains.

Resolution

To fix this issue you need to apply the hotfixes below:

1. Please download the following files:

MailProviderProxy.dll

mailenableproviderw.dll
class.SpamAssassin.php


2. Copy MailProviderProxy.dll to %plesk_bin% folder
    Copy mailenableproviderw.dll to %plesk_bin% folder
    Copy class.SpamAssassin.php to %plesk_dir%admin\plib folder

Run the following command to apply this fix on existing mail boxes:

"%plesk_bin%\antivirmng" --update-server-settings

%plesk_dir% is environment variable which points to Plesk installation folder. By default it is C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk

%plesk_bin% is environment variable which points to Plesk binaries folder. By default it is C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin
