I am going to the domain mail preferences page and enable Webmail checkbox, however when I push  submit and again go to the mail preferences page, Webmail chekbox still be empty.


Such problem may occur if you already have some DNS records for webmail.domain.tld in this domain DNS zone. Go to DNS zone settings and remove all such records. Try to enable Webmail again after that.
