When I try to publish my site I get blank screen and in apache log files following errors persist:

PHP Fatal error:
Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40 bytes)

There are not enough memory to publish the site, usually this problem may appear when site has a large amount of modules.

Please try to change the memory limit for Sitebuilder panel in PHP configuration file to greater value, for example 128Mb:
By default PHP configuration file for Sitebuilder 3.x: /opt/php51/etc/php.ini
By default PHP configuration file for Sitebuilder 4.0: /opt/php52/etc/php.ini

memory_limit = 128M     ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume

Then restart apache web server:

# service httpd restart
