Windows 2003 English version is installed on the node. Virtuozzo English version is installed as well. When locale one the node is changed to national one (particularly to East-Asian languages) VZCC/VZPP stops working.

Service VE which runs VZCP inside does not have East-Asian languages support enabled and  IIS fails to work because of this.

There are several possible solutions.

1. Switch the locale back to English on the node.

2. Otherwise, login to SVE and enable support of East-Asian languages.  Windows 2003 distributive is required.

Note: These settings will be overwritten if SVE is reinstalled or repaired. So as possible solution we recommend to keep backup of Service VE (with applied setting) and restore one in case of any SVE failure.

3. Use national Windows and Virtuozzo version.
