I enter valid user name and password to Webmail and push "Log in" button. The page is loading for some time, then the "page is unavailble" error is returned.
If I create new mail account or use another one, Webmail works for them.

Such problem may be caused by great amount of Webmail filter rules for this account that leads to long time filter script execution and Apache timeout.

Try to increase "Timeout" value in main Apache configuration file httpd.conf.
For example, find the current timeout :
# grep '^Timeout' /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
Timeout 300

set new value:
# sed -i 's/^Timeout 300$/Timeout 600/' /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

Restart Apache.
