A network authentication window pops up when browsing a site running on a ColdFusion engine installed on the same server as Parallels Plesk Panel. The following error is displayed if the CANCEL button is pushed to skip authentication:

HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.

The ColdFusion engine (which is running from within the account, configured for the .cfm handler in the IIS configuration) is unable to access the site's content and/or logs directory.

Make sure the following permissions are set on the filesystem:

- Read, Read&Execute, list folder contents for Network Service, psaadm, psacln, psaserv accounts on the ColdFusion installation folder (C:\CFusionMX) and its contents
- Full Access for Network service and psaserv accounts on <ColdFusion installation folder>\runtime\lib\wsconfig\LogFiles and its contents
