The cycle settings page allows you to edit, add, or delete cycles. By default, the system is prepopulated with the most common cycle types. If you find you need additional cycles, you can create them here.
There are two ways to edit the values associated with each cycle. To quickly edit a single value, click on the pencil next to the value you'd like to change. For exmaple, if you want to make the 1 month cycle equal to 30 days instead of 1 month, you can click on the green pencil next to the 1 in the month column for that cycle, change it to zero, then click on the green pencil next to the 0 in the days column for that cycle and change that to 30.
To edit multiple values at the same time, you can click on the green arrow under the actions column for the cycle. This will allow you to change and any all values for the row and then save these changes.
To add a cycle, go to Products -> Advanced -> Time Cycles -> Add Cycle. This will take you to a page where you can enter the name and time values for the new cycle. Any reasonable values can be entered. Please keep in mind that cycles used for packages should be something reasonable as well. When you are finished, click "add."
To delete a cycle, click on the icon with the red X in the actions column for the cycle you want to remove. You will be asked to verify that you would like to proceed, as removing a cycle can have repercussions for other parts of the system. You will want to make sure that no products are using the cycle you remove. Click "yes, really remove" to confirm the action.
