I get the following error when editing Sitebuilder modules eShop, Image Gallery, Guestbook, etc., in the wizard.

Error! Operation has not been completed.

The same error is shown in Sitebuilder logs at Sitebuilder -> Logs.

What causes the problem and how do I resolve it?

The error may be caused by limits set in the configuration of Apache security modules like mod_security, mod_security2, or mod_evasive20; the PHP extension Suhosin; or the PHP configuration set in "php.ini" on the server where the site is published (publishing server).

Run the "phpinfo" script on the publishing server to get the list of modules, PHP extensions, and limits:

Disable mod_security, mod_security2, mod_evasive20, and the PHP extension Suhosin on the domain where the site is published. Refer to this KB for the details.

Verify that the values of PHP variables memory_limit, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, and max_execution_time are big enough. The variables are configured in the PHP configuration file and their values should be at least as large as the following:

memory_limit = 32M
post_max_size = 24M
upload_max_filesize = 8M
max_execution_time = 300
