The following errors are reported in the maillog
Sep 22 15:24:10 server qmail-queue: scan: the message(drweb.tmp.sPq6sf) sent by firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com passed by configuration but the message has not been checked due to license limitations Sep 22 15:24:10 server qmail-queue: scan: the message(drweb.tmp.sPq6sf) sent by firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com has not been checked due to license limitations
The problem is caused by an incorrect
qmail-queue binary used by Qmail for message processing.
When Plesk Dr.Web is installed, the binary file
qmail-queue is provided by the package
drweb-qmail. It should coincide with the binary
~# ls -l /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue* -r-s--x--x 1 drweb qmail 152436 Sep 23 05:34 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue -r-s--x--x 1 drweb qmail 152436 Sep 23 05:34 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.drweb -r-s--x--x 1 qmailq qmail 19832 Sep 17 21:40 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.moved -r-s--x--x 1 qmailq qmail 25628 Sep 17 21:40 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.origin -r-s--x--x 1 root qmail 25628 Sep 17 21:40 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.plesk ~#
If the binary file
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue has a different size, then the
/var/qmail/bin/qmail-queue.drweb license limitation error may occur.
To resolve the problem, locate the RPM package
drweb-qmail and reinstall it forcibly. For example:
~# rpm -Uvh --force /path/to/drweb-qmail-4.33-cos5.build86080722.00.i586.rpm
If the package is missing on the server or you are unable to locate it, download the file from the Plesk autoinstaller website. Follow the Plesk Control Panel version and operating system type you use. The package is located in the directory
