Plesk Sitebuilder is integrated with Plesk Contorl Panel.
There is Sitebuilder submenu and button Sitebuilder Wizard on domain management page in  Plesk Control Panel.
However if click any Sitebuilder navigation button in Plesk Control Panel Login page raisesl. Should not be the authorization automatical?

Plesk Control Panel has incorrect Sitebuilder admin password in integration configuration. The integration may be lost if Sitebuilder admin password was changed after it was registered in Plesk Control Panel.

Verify that Sitebuilder admin password you have is valid. It should be possible to login to Sitebuilder admin interface (http://sitebuilder.your.domain.tld/Admin) using this password.
If you do not remember the admin password you can change it as advised in this article:

Update Plesk database with valid Sitebuilder admin password to correct integration with Sitebuilder. You may use the following commands:

~# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 621769 to server version: 5.0.27

Type 'help;' or '\h' for help. Type '\c' to clear the buffer.

mysql> update SBConfig set param_value='SB_PASSWORD' where param_name='password';
Query OK, 1 row affected (0.01 sec)
Rows matched: 1  Changed: 1  Warnings: 0

Where SB_PASSWORD is valid password of Sitebuilder administrator.
