PIM is not free tool, max_vzcc_users option on Virtuozzo license provides with an ability to create a group with this node in Parallels Infrastructure Manager. If it is equal to null, this means that it is impossible to create server group with this node.

With PPP, a user with administrative access to a container can easily perform many critical management tasks, while not requiring access rights to the server.
PPP is free, vzpp_allowed option enables ability to use power panels for containers. Could be set to 1 or 0.
