By default, the IP address of Virtuozzo Virtual Connection on Virtuozzo for Windows 4.0 servers is automatically chosen from the 192.168.*.*/30 range. This IP address is inaccessible from outside of the HW Node and acts like a default gateway for containers in host-routed mode located on the node. If for some reason it is necessary to change the IP address, it is required to take the following steps on the HW Node:

1. Set the new IP address to the "IPGATEWAY" value in the node's registry branch:


2. Set the new IP address/mask in the "Virtuozzo Virtual Connection Properties."

3. Disable/enable the Virtuozzo Virtual Connection.

[FIX] VEs become inaccessible after forcing change to the IP of the Virtuozzo Virtual Connection.
