Resolution

The following actions should be performed:

1. Confirm or rollback all running migrations from/to moved Plesk Control Panel.
2. Deassign Plesk Control Panel from Centralized backup storages and scheduled backup tasks, wait finishing or stop running backup processes.
3. Migrate Plesk Control Panel data from old server to new server using Plesk Backup Manager.
4. Deassign Plesk Control Panel from Centralized Mail server without removing data (leave Remove all mail accounts from the mail server unchecked).
5. Deassign Plesk Control Panel from Centralized DNS servers.
6. Deassign Plesk Control Panel from Expand.
7. Assign new Plesk Control Panel to Expand.
8. Assign new Plesk Control Panel to Centralized DNS servers.
9. Assign new Plesk Control Panel to Centralized Mail server without mail content migration (checkbox Migrate mail must be left unchecked).
10. Assign Plesk Control Panel to Centralized backup storages and scheduled backup tasks.
11. Assign Plesk Control Panel to Centralized DB servers.

Additional information

1. You shall have some downtime of DNS service between deassing/assign Plesk Control Panel from/to Centralized DNS servers operations.
2. You need to wait full and successful finishing of each operation. If operation failed then you need to eliminate the causes of errors and try to run operation again.
3. The deassing/assign operations cause the loss of relations between Expand clients and their instances (Plesk clients). You need to restore these relations by manually.
4. The deassing/assign operations cause the loss of relations between Expand resellers and moved Plesk Control Panel accounts. You need to restore these relations manually.
