When you back up a domain with content, for example at > Backup Manager > Back Up > backup Domain Configuration and Content, the backup file is shown as broken with the following error:

This is not a valid Backup file

If the login name of the Client or Reseller (whom the domain belongs to) contains upper case characters, then incorrect paths to files are specified in the generated backup XML file. This problem will be corrected in version 9.0.1.

As a workaround for version 9.0.0, you need to install hotfix file psadumpschema.dll, attached to the article. The file should be put into %plesk_bin% folder.

Additional information

By default %plesk_bin% path points to "C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin".

To install the hotfix correctly, please follow the How to install hotfixes article.
