Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder was installed on server that runs CPanel.
Login to Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder with valid login credentials is not possible through Sitebuilder Login page:


The page refreshes each time click Log In without any notifications.

Login through script external_login.php is possible through:


however cannot create sites and users or update the panel with the Autoupdate feature.

Where sitebuilder.domain.tld is Sitebuilder virtual host name and USER/PASSWORD is valid login credentials for Sitebuilder user.


Apache version 1.3.x and PHP 4.4.x are installed with CPanel. 
In such environment Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder receives empty POST requests and unable to execute.

In Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder version 4.x you may use the following script to verify:

~# cat test.php

<form method="post">
        <input type="text" name="test">
        <input type="submit">

The script submits data and generates $_POST in result.

Put the file to the root directory of Sitebuilder virtual host /usr/local/sitebuilder/htdocs/ and executed it with http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/test.php. Enter test to the box and click button Submit Query.


You should upgrade Apache to version 2.0.x or higher.
