The problem was discovered on servers with Parallels Plesk Panel 9.0.1 and is going to be fixed in future versions. 

A custom fix can be applied as follows:

1. Backup %plesk_bin%\psadumpschema.dll  file;
2. Download and extract new version of the file to %plesk_bin%.
