Parallels Plesk Panel and Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder are installed on the same server.

I see that Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder is registered as sitebuilder.plesk.domain.tld in Parallels Plesk Panel, I see that on page {Home -> Sitebuilder Settings}.
Hostname sitebuilder.plesk.domain.tld would not propagate correctly DNS wise so I changed Sitebuilder hostname to sitebuilder.domain.tld with utility sitebuilder as advised in article [How to] How to register external Sitebuilder URL in Parallels Plesk Panel?:

~# /usr/local/psa/bin/sitebuilder --set http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/ServiceFacade/ -force

However the hostname was not changed in Sitebuilder configuration if I check this sb_config:

~# sb_config --help | grep 'Sitebuilder virtual host name'
--sb_hostname        Sitebuilder virtual host name [sitebuilder.plesk.domain.tld]

Sitebuilder virtual host name is not changed and login to Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder via http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/Login it not possible now. Why?

When Parallels Plesk Panel and Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder are installed on the same server Sitebuilder virtual host name is set to sitebuilder.plesk.domain.tld in configuration of Parallels Plesk Panel by default. Where plesk.domain.tld is full hostname of Parallels Plesk Panel that is set during initial configuration and may be changed on page {Settings -> Server Settings}.

You may see Sitebuilder virtual host name as it is registered in Parallels Plesk Panel on page {Home -> Sitebuilder Settings}.
Sitebuilder server URL cannot be changed through GUI, but may be reconfigured via CLI /usr/local/psa/bin/sitebuilder:

~# /usr/local/psa/bin/sitebuilder --set http://sitebuilder.domain.tld/ServiceFacade/

Utility /usr/local/psa/bin/sitebuilder is Plesk CLI that is used to verify or changed Sitebuilder server URL in Plesk registration. The changes do not affect Sitebuilder settings! That is why Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder is not accessible via http://sitebuilder.domain.tld.

Utility /usr/local/bin/sb_config is Sitebuilder CLI that is used for reconfiguration of Sitebuilder settings. To change Sitebuilder virtual host name in Sitebuilder configuration you should run this utility:

~# /usr/local/bin/sb_config --sb_hostname sitebuilder.domain.tld --force_update_wscfg

Option "--force_update_wscfg" is to recreate Apache configuration for new Sitebuilder virtual host.
