You have configured Plesk to save backups to a remote FTP repository. However, the backup is saved with a size of zero. In the backup logs, you can see records similar to the following:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<execution-result status="error">
 <object name="backup" type="backupowner">
  <message code="ApplicationException" severity="error">Cannot export dump file 'clients\client\domains\\domain.com_info_0903121210.xml' to ''
  [Transport error: unable to send directory to repository: Transport error: unable to put local file C:/Parallels/Plesk/admin/db/repo_transport_tmp_01c9a2af4f8eb9a0/ to Curl error: failed FTP upload (the STOR command)]</message>

Windows firewall is blocking Plesk utilities.

To allow Plesk to save backup files correctly to the remote FTP server, the following binaries need to be added to the Windows Firewall exceptions.
