Several Sitebuilder templates use double banners that contains of several parts. For example templates av-074, personal-004, etc. When change banner through Sitebuilder Wizard only one part is replaced.

After custom banner was uploaded for template av-074, there is a little triangle shown under the banner:

<- txt_head.jpg

How to remove this?

Template uses double banner means that site's header contains of several images.
When banner is replaced with option Upload Banners on page Design in Sitebuilder Wizard, only the biggest image is replaced. Other images are not changed and may not correspond to the main image (banner).

Before version 4.2.3 templates with banners that contain of several parts did not allow banners uploading.
For details refer to article It is not possible to upload banner in Wizard.

Since version 4.2.3 all templates allow uploading of custom banners. And defects may be shown when replace banner.

You may change design template to another one that uses single banner and allows correct replacement.

Alternatively you may compile your own templates based on shipped one. For template av-074 it is enough to disable loading of file txt_head.jpg.

Refer to Software Development Kits for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder SDK and documentation about compilation.
