Client has created a domain template.
However admin cannot use it for domains creation because it is not visiable at the domain templates dropdown menu.


New domain template that was created by Client is stored in Client's repository, it is not visible for other Plesk users.
It means that it is not possible to use the Client's template when creating a domain if you are logged in to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin or another users. 


If you would like to create a domain using Client's template, it should be re-created under Administrator account.
To create new domain template login to Parallels Plesk Panel as admin and change to:

Home -> Domains -> Domain Templates -> Create Domain Template

Fill in all required fields and click "Finish" to complete template creation.
New template will be saved to admin's repository and is visible for Plesk Administrator.
