When using none-ASCII characters in product/images name search is case sensitive.

For example in Image Gallery create new image with lowercase none-ASCII characters name and publish the site.
On published site when searching in lowercase the image is found. However when searching in uppercase no results found.

In Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder modules configuration is stored in SQLite database and searching is databases based.
There is an issue that SQLite only understands upper/lower case for ASCII characters.

For details please see: The LIKE and GLOB operators

There are several workarounds offered in SQLite FAQ, however they work for version SQLite3.
SQLite3 will be supported by Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder in future version, currently only version 2 is supported.

If product/images name was put in lowercase during configuration in Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder then it is needed to enter name in lowercase to find the product/images
