Parallels Plesk Panel and Parallels Plesk Billing are integrated and run in SSO mode.
I get the following error when clicking the button "Billing" in Parallels Plesk Panel:

Plesk Billing Sign On with SSO has failed. You can try to log in to
Plesk Billing using the local (non-SSO) method or try once againg with
Problem: Signature is invalid

How can I resolve the problem?

The problem is caused by an invalid SSL certificate installed on the SSO server. To resolve the problem, it is recommended to reinstall the SSL certificate and re-register Parallels Plesk Panel and Parallels Plesk Billing in the SSO server.

Reinstall a custom SSL certificate or regenerate a self-signed SSL certificate according to instructions in these articles:

How to install custom SSL certificate on SSO server
How to generate self-signed SSL certificate for SSO server manually

To repair communication between Parallels Plesk Panel and Parallels Plesk Billing after replacement of the SSL certificate, it is necessary to reassign them to the SSO server and to reconnect users to the global account.

Run the following command to reassign Parallels Plesk Panel to the SSO server:

~# /usr/local/psa/bin/sso -s -server https://sso.server:11443 -url https://sso.server:11444

To reregister Parallels Plesk Billing, it is required to remove the registration first.
You may do that through Billing Control Panel:

Billing -> System -> System Configuration -> SSO Settings

Disable options under the sections "Admin CP Settings" and "Client CP Settings" and click the button "Submit Changes." To enable the integration, mark all options as enabled and click the button "Submit Changes."

After the new registration, it is necessary to reconnect users to the Global Account. You may do that on the "Global Account" page in Parallels Plesk Panel and Parallels Plesk Billing:

Global Account -> Connect to Global Account

After the reconfiguration, the button "Billing" in Parallels Plesk Panel will open the page with Parallels Plesk Billing Panel and authorization via SSO will be performed automatically.
