Fixed sinceThe problem described in this KB article has been completely fixed since Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) 10.4.x version.
SymptomsFor some users, account messages cannot be delivered, and the following errors are shown in maillog ($PRODUCT_ROOT_D/var/log/maillog).
Jun 10 03:53:42 plesk postfix-local: Unable to stat entry '/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/10-spam-0gemCa/executable' or it is not linked: No such file or directory
Jun 10 23:43:06 plesk qmail-queue-handlers: Unable to stat entry '/usr/local/psa/handlers/info/20-drweb-RT24KC/executable' or it is not linked: No such file or directory
Mchk utility does not fix the problem.
CauseThe error is caused by the fact that the configuration of mail handlers 10-spam-0gemCa and 20-drweb-RT24KC is broken. For example, for '10-spam-0gemCa':
~# find /usr/local/psa/handlers/ -name '10-spam-0gemCa'
During the message processing, mail service is looking for the executable binary but it is missing:
~# ls -l /usr/local/psa/handlers/info/10-spam-0gemCa/executable
ls: /usr/local/psa/handlers/info/10-spam-3HB5Xe/executable: No such file or directory
A similar error may be shown for another mail handler 20-drweb-RT24KC.
ResolutionThe problem described in this KB article has been completely fixed since Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) 10.4.x version. Consider upgrading your PP installation.
WorkaroundIf you are using an older version and do not wish to upgrade at the moment, try recreating the mail handlers as per this article:
