Cause

The SQLite database is corrupted and Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder is unable to update it.

To check the database, download it from the published host. The file is located at /data/storage/sb_modules.php under the FTP location.
Try to open the database with the utility SQLite version 2.

~# sqlite sb_modules.php
SQLite version 2.8.17
Enter ".help" for instructions
sqlite>

The following outputs mean the database is corrupted:

~# sqlite sb_modules.php
Unable to open database "sb_modules.php": database disk image is malformed

~# sqlite sb_modules.php
Unable to open database sb_modules.php

Alternatively, the database opens correctly, but no tables can be queried:

~# sqlite sb_modules.php
SQLite version 2.8.17
Enter ".help" for instructions
sqlite> .tables
modules_2t7lgd7dj9x_attendance
modules_2t7lgd7dj9x_day
modules_2t7lgd7dj9x_month
modules_2t7lgd7dj9x_visitors
pr
sqlite> select * from modules_2t7lgd7dj9x_visitors;
SQL error: database disk image is malformed
sqlite>

IMPORTANT: Currently, Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder supports SQLite version 2 only.

Resolution

To resolve the problem and make the site work normally, it is recommended to remove all modules on-site through the Wizard, save the changes, and then reconfigure the modules. Old data will be lost, unfortunately.
