ResolutionHP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) version 5.2.4 is supported as of the VZU400022 update.
HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS) is a remote access protocol that enables rich graphics applications as well as audio and USB devices to be accessible over the network during a user’s remote session from a client to the server.
It is typically used in VDI scenarios (please refer to “Parallels VDI solution” for more details). To install an RGS “sender” (server) inside a Windows 2003 container, enable the “XP compatibility mode” in the RGS Setup.exe properties.

The following warning will be shown:
"The RGS Sender is configured to disable the monitor, keyboard, and mouse that are physically attached to the Sender system when the desktop is accessed using RGS. The sender was unable to successfully apply these settings. Please consult the RGS User's Guide for more information on how to resolve this failure."
