  • Applies to:
  • Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5 for Linux/Unix

The problem occurs in Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder Wizard on page Edit(Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder -> Sites -> <Site Name> -> Edit Site In Wizard -> Edit).

Try to drag and drop any block module on the site from right menu (Voting, SitePal, Site Map, Script, RSS Reader, Online Status Indicator, Feedback, Area Map). Red screen is shown. The module is put on the page, however I do not like the red screen.

How to resolve the problem?

The problem appears when edit a site with latest versions of web browsers Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or Opera 9.6.
If edit site with other web browsers (Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 3.0, etc) the red screen does not occur.

The problem will be fixed in future update of Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder.

Hotfix for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5.x is in the attachment. To installing the hotfix download file and put it into root directory of Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5 (/usr/local/sitebuilder for RedHat-like OS, /opt/sitebuilder for Debian-like).
