In Parallels Management Console (PMC), if I select a bunch of CTs and perform a task against each of them (e.g. restart, shutdown, backup, etc), the task is performed in random order instead of starting from the top of the selected list. How can I enable sorting by CTIDs?

PIMU400013 update introduces a new feature which allows to perform group operations for list of containers sorted by containers IDs. To enable the sorting by containers ID perform the following steps:

1. Open vzagent.conf file
   on Windows node  - x:\vz\VZAgent\etc\vzagent.conf, where x:\ is drive where VZ folder is located,
   on Linux node - /var/vzagent/etc/vzagent.conf
2. Add sorting_order tag and set it to 1:
        <configuration >
        < /configuration >

3. Save vzagent.conf file;

4. Restart VZAgent service by means of this command on Windows: sc stop vzaop &sc start vzaop and that one on Linux: vzagent_ctl restart

Note: Enabled sorting might cause performance degree for group operations.
