In Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5.7 (Hotfix-20090605) even a small image is uploaded to logo the area after the image is resized to 320x320px. Resized logo area makes site looking bad.

How to resolve the problem?

The problem will be fixed in future update of Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder.

Hotfix for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5 is in the attachment. To installing the hotfix download file sitebuilder_45x_logo_resize.tgz and put it into root directory of Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5  (/usr/local/sitebuilder for RedHat-like OS, /opt/sitebuilder for Debian-like). Then unpack the archive with command tar -zxf.

For example:

~# mv sitebuilder_45x_logo_resize.tgz /usr/local/sitebuilder
~# cd /usr/local/sitebuilder
~# tar -zxvf sitebuilder_45x_logo_resize.tgz

Do not forget to correct permissions for replaced files. It should be root:root, 644. You may correct permissions with commands chown and chmod. For example:

~# chown root:root /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/Actions/Wizard/Design.php
~# chown root:root /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/Template.php
~# chmod 644 /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/Actions/Wizard/Design.php
~# chmod 644 /usr/local/sitebuilder/include/SB/Template.php

After the hotfix was installed it is required to upload the logo image anew.

Additional information

After you installed the hotfix and uploaded the image anew, new logo may look tiny.

It is because the logo size is determined by template used by your site. For example in template av-208 logo size is 42px × 42px. And so image of any size that is uploaded as logo is formatted to that size.

For changing logo view it is recommended changing the Wizard behavior upon bigger logo image upload. Add option logo_resize_type under section [general] in configuration file of Parallels Sitebuilder and set policy keep_asis, error, simple or keep_aspect_ratio:

logo_resize_type = keep_asis

And uploaded the image s logo.
