Symptoms

The server which is Slave node in Parallels Virtual Automation (PVA) is down and needs to be removed from PVA. How can I unregister the offline server?

Resolution

Login to PVA, click "Infrastructure", open tab "Hardware Nodes", select the offline node, click unregister.

Unregister

Or run the following command on Master node:

#vzagroup removeSlave --force $NODE_IP

If PVA MN is no longer accessible, a Slave node can be removed manually:
