After upgrade Dr.Web notification deliveries start failing. The following failure report is received:

    Hi. This is the qmail-send program at
     I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
     This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

The issue exists because the drweb-updater package sets up cron task for Dr.Web 4/5 is affected.

The problem will be fixed in a future update of Plesk Panel.

Workaround is to disable mail sending to "drweb@" by cron. From drweb/doc/updater/readme.update:

    CronSummary = \{Yes | No\}
             If "Yes" value is specified, Dr.Web Updater will output statistics on
             each session to stdout. This mode can be used to send administrator
             notifications by email, if Updater is run by the cron daemon.
             Default value:

Set CronSummary to "No" in section [Updater] in /etc/drweb/drweb32.ini. Open the configuration file and find the option CronSummary in the [Updater] section. Change value to "No":

         ;CronSummary = \{ Yes | No \}
         ;        The Dr.Web Updater prints out a result of update session to stdout if
         ;        this option is set to "yes." This feature can be used for an adminstrator
         ;        notification by e-mail if the updater is executed by cron.
        CronSummary = No
