When attempting to install a site application on a domain I get the following error:

"Fatal error: maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded".

By default the PHP interpreter gives a time slice of maximum 30 seconds for every script to finish its work. When the server's load is high or the server is not powerful enough, such a long process as installation of an application takes longer than 30 seconds thus causing the aforementioned error. To eliminate this problem, open the C:\windows\php.ini file on the server and change the value assigned to the max_execution_time variable there.
By default it is 30. Give it a higher value, e.g. 60 for 60 seconds of maximum running time.
