Upload process works correct but the image is not shown. Here is the popup window "Edit Categories" after image uploading (Wizard -> Edit -> eShop -> Categories -> Add New Category):

Sitebuilder virtual host name is not resolved from the server itself or publishing host is not available.

When someone opens Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder site in Wizard two servers are requested:

1. Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder server itself that draws Wizard background
2. Publishing host where the site was published to for modules content. When one changes Sitebuilder modules (ImageGallery, eShop, etc) through Wizard the content is modified on the publishing host immediately. It means the images are uploaded or removed on the publishing host. And images referenced by direct URL are shown in Wizard.

If publishing host is not available from Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder server, the images uploading may fail and images are not shown.

1. For published site it is recommended that you verify that the publishing host is available.

For that upload a test image via FTP using Host, Login, Password and Working directory set in in publishing settings (Sites -> <SITE NAME> -> Publishing Settings) and then try the image via Web site URL.

2. For new site (not published) verify that the Sitebuilder virtual host name is resolved from the server itself:

~# sb_config --help | grep sb_host
--sb_host_ip         Create virtual host on the specified IP [NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN]
--sb_hostname        Sitebuilder virtual host name [sitebuilder.HOSTNAME]

~# ping sitebuilder.HOSTNAME

If Sitebuilder virtual host name is not resolved it is recommended to fix it. As a workaround you may add appropriate record into /etc/hosts:

~# echo NNN.NNN.NNN.NNN sitebuilder.HOSTNAME >> /etc/hosts

Additional information

IMPORTANT: make sure you work with Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder 4.5 via its hostname (get with sb_config --help):

Working with another URL may cause images do not upload.
