The "Request text" autoresponder field value can not be enabled in autoresponder, when the "in the subject" case is selected. To reproduce the behavior, go to Parallels Panel, Domains, some domain, Mail, some mail account, Autoresponders, some autoresponder. On the autoresponder's settings page in the Request part switch the "in the subject" item, add some words in the "Request text" field and then click the "Ok" button. Then come back to the autoresponder's settings page. The "in the subject" item may be not switched and the "Request text" words may be lost.


It is necessary to replace the %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\domain\mail\mail_name_resp_edit.php file with the attachment. See the article about hot-fix installation procedure.
