Symptoms

The "Specify the condition for this automatic reply" autoresponder field value can not be enabled in autoresponder, when the "when specified words are found in message subject" case is selected. To reproduce the behavior, go to Parallels Panel, Domains, some domain, Autoresponders, some autoresponder. On the autoresponder's settings page in the Request part switch the "when specified words are found in message subject" item, add some words in the "Specify the condition for this automatic reply" field and then click the "Ok" button. Then come back to the autoresponder's settings page. The "when specified words are found in message subject" item may be not switched and the "Specify the condition for this automatic reply" words may be lost.

Resolution

It is necessary to replace the %plesk_dir%\admin\htdocs\domain\mail\mail_name_resp_edit.php file with the attachment. See the http://kb.sp.parallels.com/en/1802 article about hot-fix installation procedure.
