Symptoms

The following error arises in Parallels Panel:
ERROR: PleskFatalException Unable to create Session object: session_set_save_handler() failed: mktime() [function.mktime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. Please use the date.timezone setting, the TZ environment variable or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. Resolution

It is necessary to check and correct NTFS effective permissions for the %plesk_dir%\admin\session folder. For Parallels Panel 9.2 it should be like:

1) Allow permissions:

Administrators - allow Full Control,
psaadm - allow Full Control,
System - allow Full Control.

2) Deny permissions:

Network Service - deny Full Control,
psacln - deny Full Control,
psaserv - deny Full Control.

The folder does not inherit any permissions from parent folders.
