Sometime Pop3 / Imap traffic may not be calculated by Parallels Panel statistics. A report for a domain will show zero level of the traffic always even if log files of the current mail server are not empty.

The issue may be caused by some error during switching mail service, like a switching from MailEnable to MDaemon. It is necessary to check a status of the mail service in the Panel database. For example, the following command may be used for the "" domain checking:
"%plesk_bin%\dbclient.exe" --direct-sql --sql="select,domainservices.type,domainservices.status from domains,domainservices where and domainservices.type='mail' and''"

Its output may be following:
name    type    status      mail    16

The non-zero status value means that the domain mail service is blocked and pop3 / imap traffic is not calculated.

To resolve the issue the following command may be used:
"%plesk_bin%\mchk.exe" --global-settings
