SymptomsSometime Pop3 / Imap traffic may not be calculated by Parallels Panel statistics. A report for a domain will show zero level of the traffic always even if log files of the current mail server are not empty.
CauseThe issue may be caused by some error during switching mail service, like a switching from MailEnable to MDaemon. It is necessary to check a status of the mail service in the Panel database. For example, the following command may be used for the "test.com" domain checking:
"%plesk_bin%\dbclient.exe" --direct-sql --sql="select domains.name,domainservices.type,domainservices.status from domains,domainservices where domains.id=domainservices.dom_id and domainservices.type='mail' and domains.name='test.com'"
Its output may be following:
name type status
test.com mail 16
The non-zero status value means that the domain mail service is blocked and pop3 / imap traffic is not calculated.
