Some mail functions (like spam checking) may be failed after MailEnable x64 installation.

Also the following error may occur in the MTA debug log (in the MailEnable installation folder\Logging\MTA\MTA-Debug-yymmdd.log files):

08/11/09 21:37:42 MTADeliverMessage::External COM event pleskmemta.PleskMEMTA call failed

MailEnable uses 64-bit binary files:
sc qc memtas | findstr /i memta.exe
          BINARY_PATH_NAME : C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Bin64\MEMTA.EXE

There are 2 ways to solve the issue:

1. The first one - add the memta_x64.dll file to the system:
    a) Check if the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package version is installed in the system (see the Microsoft article regarding the package),

         Note! The memta_x64.dll file requires the 64-bit version of the Package.

    b) Unpack the attached file in the %plesk_bin% folder,
    c) Register the dll library in the system:
regsvr32 %plesk_bin%\memta_x64.dll

    d) Restart MailEnable services using Plesk Services Monitor

2. The second way - switch all MailEnable services to 32-bit binaries using.
