The "ASP.NET" tab is not available in the website property in IIS, as is shown in the below image:

This is not an error, but a Windows-designed behavior. The "ASP.NET" tab is available if both of these statements are true:

1. There are at least two .NET framework versions installed:

Before you can switch between the different versions of ASP.NET, visit the following Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) website to download and install both the .NET Framework 1.1 and the .NET Framework 2.0:
For example, if you are running Microsoft Windows x64 Edition, download the following two redistributable packages:
The .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package x64 (64-bit)
The .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable

2. IIS runs in native mode (i.e., not in 32on64bit mode):

On Parallels Plesk Panel-managed servers based on 64-bit OSes, there is no supported way to display the tab.
However, there is not any practical value of having the tab because in native 64-bit mode, only ASP.NET 2.0 is available:

Furthermore, the Parallels Plesk Panel front-end needs ASP.NET 32-bit enabled; see article #2099.

Although it is possible to follow the directions in article #2131 to enable the tab, if you do, Parallels Plesk Panel and some APS Catalog Applications may stop working.
