It is not possible to access Plesk. The browser displays one of the following errors:
Error: The license key is invalid. In order to use the Panel, you need to obtain and install a new valid license key. The amount of currently used resources overrides the limits defined by your license. The number of websites hosted on the server exceeds the limits defined by your license. You have X sites hosted; your license allows hosting only X sites. The number of served customer accounts exceeds the limits defined by your license. You have X customer accounts currently served; your license allows serving only X customer accounts.

%plesk_dir%\admin\repository\registry.xml file, or one of the license key files from
%plesk_dir%\admin\repository\keys\, or both of them are corrupted (XML syntax is improper or the file is just empty).
Delete or rename the file.
Then try to access Plesk again and click Retrieve to update the license file. Alternatively, rename the corrupted file and execute the following (Windows only):
registry.xml file will be generated automatically.
If this does not resolve the issue, one or several license key files from
'%plesk_dir%\admin\repository\keys\' could be corrupted.
