If you find site publishing error like “The specified site location does not have ionCube Loader support" it can mean that Zend Optimizer has been installed on client's PHP5.

For fixing this error you should specify extensions in right order in php.ini:

Note! It is necessary to change the %plesk_dir% value to the real path (see "Additional information"). For example:

zend_extension_ts="C:\Program files\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5\ext\ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll"
zend_extension_ts="C:\Program files\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5\ext\Zend\lib\ZendExtensionManager.dll"

Additional information

%plesk_dir% is environment variable which points to Parallels Small Business Panel installation folder. Usually it is C:\Program files\Parallels\Plesk
