SymptomsParallels Plesk Panel 9.x is installed on the server. Domain backup was created with option 'suspend domains'.
It is not possible to restore mailboxes of the domains. Every time backup restoration fails with the following error and mailboxes of the domain is not restored. Other domain data is successfully restored.

ResolutionThis problem was discovered in Parallels Plesk Panel 9.x and fix will be included in future updates.
Hotfix is ready and can be applied on Parallels Plesk Panel versions 9.2.x, 9.3 and 9.5.x.
Hotfix contains 2 files: deployer.exe and psadumpagent.dll. Replace the files "%plesk_bin%\deployer.exe" and "%plesk_bin%\psadumpagent.dll" with the files from the attachment.
Hotfix hotfix_92x_930.zip should be applied on the versions 9.2.x and 9.3.
Hotifx hotfix_95x.zip should be applied on the version 9.5.x.
Do not forget to backup original files before replacing it.
Once hotfix is applied, you can restore the backup which was created with option 'suspend domains' without errors. Mailboxes will be restored.
