PVA 4.6 installer enables firewall rules for Public profile only on Windows 2008 R2 servers. If PVC host is joined to Active Directory domain, PVA required ports are closed because Domain profile is not set in PVA related rules on the host.

To resolve the issue it is necessary to apply Domain profile for each PVA related rule in Windows firewall. To do it open Windows FirewallAdvanced Settings, Inbound Rules and take the following steps.

1. Right click on a rule and choose Properties;
2. Go to Advanced tab and set up Domain check box in Profiles section;
3. Click Apply and OK;
4. Repeat steps 1-4 for every rules from the list below:

For PVA Slave: "VZAgent TCP","VZAgent 1 TCP","VZCP","VZAgent SOAP","VZCP Plesk","VZCP Secure 1", "VZCP Secure 2", "VZCP Redirect"
For PVA Management Node: "VZAgent TCP","VZAgent 1 TCP","VZCP","VZAgent SOAP","VZCP Plesk","VZAgent 2 TCP","VZCP Secure","VZCP Redirect"
