I edited a TLD by changing a domain registrar and want to change it back to eNom, I do not see eNom in the available registrars list for this TLD.
I configured eNom certificate and domain name plans, but the subscriptions provisioning fails.

1. Allow the debug logging by setting ALLOW_DEBUG_LOGGING to true in /opt/plesk-billing/lib-billing/include/config/config.php.

2. Enable the debug mode (Events > Debug Log > Edit Debug Settings > Enable Debug Logging Now).

3. Choose a TLD associated with eNom (System -> System Configuration -> Domain TLDs List), and open its registrar names list.

4. Analyse the debug log (Events > Debug Log > Debug Log) for page /plesk-billing/admin/products.php and operation EditTLD. The eNom response should contain the following lines:

<err1>Invalid client IP:</err1>

The eNom registrar requires you to contact their support service and associate your Business Manager IP with your account at eNom before proceeding to distribution. Otherwise, the provisioning of eNom SSL certificates and domain names fails. Additionally, as all TLDs are initially associated with eNom, it is possible to change a domain registrar for the TLDs, but impossible to roll back to eNom if your IP is not configured.

Contact eNom support and associate the Business Manager IP with your account at eNom.
